RUX is great for stacking when filled, or partially filled and compressed. The bistable steel corner stays are intended for easily popping the bag open and keeping it there for easy access and packing. However, these corner stays are NOT structural corners. So you would want to stack the heaviest, most packed RUX at the bottom and place the empty or so half-filled RUX on top. You are relying on your contents within your RUX for proper stacking.

Several RUX products are designed with air travel in mind. The Waterproof Tote 15L can work as a personal item, the RUX 40L has a carry-on-friendly shape, and the Duffel Box 55L is carry-on capable in Burrito Mode. Because airline size and weight rules vary, check with your carrier before travelling.

Many RUX components work across the system, but compatibility depends on the product and size. Packing Bags, Cubes, Pockets, Organizer Panels, straps, and cooler components each have specific fit recommendations. Check the compatibility information on the product page before building your setup.

We recommend rinsing or hosing your RUX with fresh water, then allowing it to dry completely before storing.

If you plan to keep the 70L collapsed for an extended period, remove the corner stays first. A little routine care will help keep every component working smoothly.

Yes. RUX offers a lifetime guarantee on all RUX manufactured products. If any part of your RUX breaks or becomes dysfunctional over time while being used as recommended, we will repair it for free.
